Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. If you do checkout as a guest, it is highly recommended that you provide your email address or phone number in case we need to contact you regarding your order

Can I alter my order?

If the order has not already been packed & processed you may alter you order. In the event you do need to make changes to your order, please contact us with your requests

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will usually be delivered within three to five days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 21 days. This time estimate is not a guarantee. Once an order is shipped, it is out of our hands. We cannot control delays or missing packages, however we will do our best to help you file a claim in case a package does go missing during transit. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the country where it’s being delivered. Most of the orders shipped within the US are $5USD. Shipping costs for orders shipped to other countries & heavier orders within the US will be calculated at checkout

What if I order an item that ends up being out of stock?

It is rare, but if an item is found to be out of stock after an order is placed, you will be contacted to see whether you would like the item to be refunded or substituted. If we do not receive a response within a couple of days, the out of stock item will be refunded and the rest of the order will be shipped out.

What if I need my order by a certain date? Are there rush shipping options available?

If you need something by a certain date, please contact us so we can determine the best solution that is feasible. We'll be happy to work with you to try to accommodate your timeline


Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are not allowed. We do want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly assist you if you need help with placing your order to make sure you get the products you need. My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via sales@ellawholesale.com with the details within 5 days of the delivery date of your order


Are centerpieces sold by the pair? What about other items?

Yes! Unless otherwise specified, centerpieces are sold by the pair. Earring backs are also sold by the pair. Items such as phone grips & badge reels are sold individually. Banding is sold by the yard. Please check the product description for individual product details

What if I'm interested in a bulk order?

Please contact us if you would like to make a bulk order & the quantity that you need is not available on the website

Are custom orders available?

It depends on the product. For apparel and handmade cabs, customization is absolutely an option! Please contact us to discuss options

What size banding should I order?

It depends on your project. SS8 is the most common size, especially for beaded earrings. SS6 is a little smaller and is great for really small projects. A favorite method of ours is to use both sizes in the same beaded item, it adds a lot of pop to the finished work!

What happened to the quantity discount section?

To make the shopping experience easier, the quantity discount option was removed & the previous discount price is now the current regular price for the items that were previously in the quantity discount section. Now you'll pay the lower price without having to meet a quantity minimum
